Hildene, in Manchester, was originally developed by Robert Todd Lincoln, son of Abraham Lincoln. Today many of the original farm activities have been restored including the goat dairy and cheese making on 10 acres of the property. The goat dairy has over 40 Nubian goats and produces a variety of small batch artisanal cheeses.
