Willoughby Donut Shop and Eatery, formerly Mrs. Murphy’s Donuts, expands and will soon have a deli. Courtney Callo, the new owner, says the name came from her yellow lab retriever and that the donut shop will have a dog theme by naming future sandwiches after her dog companions.
